Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Period

At CLUB COTONE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Customer Account on our website.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click “Request Return” and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive:

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item
  • Details for tracked return shipping

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Cancellation of Placed Orders

Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not possible. Orders are processed automatically in our system and cannot be stopped or modified.

Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Gift Cards
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Personal-use items such as beauty, health, or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, please:

  1. Place a new order for the desired product.
  2. Return your original item following the process above.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Inspect your order upon arrival.
  2. Take a clear photo of the defective or incorrect product showing the issue and product label.
  3. Email support@clubcotone.com with the details.

If it’s your first defective product, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. If a second replacement also arrives damaged, we’ll issue a full refund.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no questions asked.

Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified if your refund is approved.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Refund times may vary depending on your bank. If more than 14 business days have passed without receiving your refund, please contact us at support@clubcotone.com.

Yes. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
